Community & Safety Guidelines

Samparku works best when it is built on trust and honesty. These guidelines keep the community safe for everyone—both the people hiring and the workers building their reputation.

Be truthful

• Only list real workers, with accurate details.
• Ratings and reviews must reflect genuine experiences—never fake, paid, or retaliatory.

Respect consent and privacy

• Never list a person's details without their consent.
• Use a revealed phone number only to contact that worker for genuine hiring—never for spam or misuse.

Hire responsibly

• Samparku does not verify or guarantee any worker. Always verify identity, references and credentials yourself before hiring.
• Agree on work scope and payment directly with the worker. Samparku is not involved in payments or disputes.
• Meet and share details safely; use your own judgement.

Be respectful

• No harassment, abuse, threats, or discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, region or any other ground.
• No defamatory or false statements about any worker.

Report and remove

If you see content that is false, abusive, or shared without consent—or if you want your own listing or photo removed—contact us and we will review and act in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

Violating these guidelines may result in removal of content or suspension of access.
